- 3 bedroom and 2 full bath house with kids' play loft.
- Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill.
- Front 3-season porch sitting area.
- First floor bedroom has a queen size bed, bathroom is just steps away.
- Second floor has the master bedroom with queen size bed, master bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks and large skylight.
- Master bedroom also has a baby crib and toddler bed.
- Additional bedroom on the second floor has two full size beds and one twin bed.
- Kids' play loft is on the second floor.

- Living room: fast WiFi, full Roku TV setup with surround sound, fireplace
- Ceiling fans in each room
- Dinning room: seating for up to 8, baby high chair
- Kitchen: fully stocked for all your cooking needs, Keurig single serve coffee machine with large carafe, hot water kettle
- Bathrooms: handheld shower heads, shampoo/conditioner & body wash, towels
- Dual zone heat and AC for extra comfort at second level
- Exterior: convenient driveway with side door entrance, ample backyard space, firepit, hot and cold water for washing up after the beach, storage shed with beach chairs, umbrella, blanket, kids toys
Rates
- Summer (between Memorial and Labor Day): Friday and Saturday nights are $400/night, Sunday-Thursday nights are $325/night. 3 night minimum.
- Fall, Winter, Spring: Friday and Saturday nights are $250/night, Sunday-Thursday nights are $175/night. 2 night minimum.
- Holiday weekends require a 3 night stay if the holiday falls on a weekend (New Years, MLK, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4 of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- Cleaning fee is $200 per stay
- Deposit of $100 is required to confirm your reservation
- No pets and no smoking please
